  • Directed and participated in prosecution of immigration services scam in the Baltimore District of Maryland. Obtained judgment following multi-week bench trial.
  • Directed and participated in prosecution of mortgage foreclosure relief scam in the Central District of California, Santa Ana. Obtained judgment following a multi-week bench trial.
  • Directed prosecution of mortgage foreclosure relief scam in the Eastern District of Texas, Plano. Obtained judgment after multi-day contempt trial.
  • Directed and participated in prosecution of work-at-home scam filed in the Western District of Texas, San Antonio. Obtained preliminary injunction following three day hearing. The case settled while dispositive motions were pending.
  • Led prosecution in Dallas County against colon cleansing product scam. Won verdict following multi-week trial.
