Laura A. FraseOf Counsel, Dallas

Ms. Frase handles many types of insurance defense matters, from defending individual cases to managing large dockets of complex matters for Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized clients and “Mom & Pop” shops. She specializes in general casualty lines of litigation, including products liability, auto and trucking, premises liability, mass tort, and general insurance defense. Ms. Frase serves as National Coordinating Counsel/Regional Counsel for multiple clients in mass tort claims and serves as Negotiation/Settlement Counsel, having resolved thousands of matters generating significant cost savings for clients. She has crafted and taught numerous seminars on litigation strategies, questioning techniques, and engineering characteristics of various clients’ product lines, training 100s of attorneys. Laura is a trained Mediator and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at UNT Dallas College of Law, teaching Dispute Resolution.
