Most of Noel Ice's more than 35-year law practice has been at the firm of Cantey Hanger LLP in Fort Worth, Texas, where he is an equity partner. He is in the Tax Subsection of the Corporate Section, with a focus on Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate, Taxation, Pension Plans, and ERISA. He is a frequent lecturer and author at continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Southwest Benefits Association, the State Bar of Texas, Estate Planning Councils both in Texas and nationally, and law schools both in Texas and nationally. He has authored hundreds of articles presented at legal seminars or published in national periodicals. He has written two books on estate planning, probate, ERISA and IRAs. Noel C. Ice is a partner in the Fort Worth office of Cantey Hanger LLP. Born in San Diego, California, in 1951, and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Noel graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a B.A., with honors, in 1973. He attended law school at the University of California – Hastings College of the Law and graduated in 1976 with a J.D. Noel was admitted to the bar in Texas in 1977. Noel is Board Certified, in Estate Planning and Probate Law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1983.

Noel is a frequent lecturer and author at continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Southwest Benefits Association, the State Bar of Texas, Estate Planning Councils both in Texas and nationally, and law schools both in Texas and nationally. He has authored 100s of articles presented at legal seminars or published in national periodicals. He has written two books on estate planning, probate, ERISA and IRAs.
