Attorney Doug Clayton named a Presiding Officer of University of Texas School of Law’s 37th Annual Conference on Securities Regulation and Business Law

Doug Clayton will be a Presiding Officer at The University of Texas School of Law’s Continuing Legal Education 37th Annual Conference on Securities Regulation and Business Law, scheduled for February 12th and 13th, 2015, at the Cityplace Conference Center in Dallas, TX. This is one of the state’s premier securities law events with distinguished faculty, including representatives of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Texas State Securities Board and the FINRA. The conference will include presentations on private placements, crowdfunding, M&A brokers, public offerings, private investment funds, proxy contests, minority shareholder oppression, director fiduciary duties, and more. Mr. Clayton is also a longtime member of the conference’s Planning Committee. Corporate and Securities Attorneys are encouraged to attend.
