Representative Litigation Matters
- Represented car dealer in dispute with debt cancellation agreement provider concerning underpayment of GAP insurance claims.
- Pursued claims on behalf of small business owner against former employees who owner alleged violated non-competition agreements by soliciting customers obtaining favorable settlement.
- Assisted shareholders in appointing receiver to sell multimillion-dollar aerospace company over objection of minority shareholder.
- Represented co-owner of an oil field service business in action against fellow co-owner who misrepresented financial information to disguise true profitability of business.
- Obtained summary judgment for RV dealer in suit filed by consumer for breach of contract and negligence.
