Three Cantey Hanger attorneys promoted to Partner

FORT WORTH-DALLAS — Three Cantey Hanger attorneys — Kate Hancock, Leda Juengerman and Matthew G. Loving — have been promoted to Partner.

“It always is special to recognize attorneys whose standout efforts lift them in their work, their successes and their leadership,” said Managing Partner Brian Newby.

Hancock, who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, joined the firm in 2018 after having been a law clerk with the Honorable John H. McBryde of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Texas. She earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Juengerman’s practice covers a wide spectrum of healthcare litigation matters ranging from
health care liability claims to payor/provider disputes. Her experience also includes representing clients in healthcare credentialing and licensing administrative matters, commercial contract and business disputes, appellate matters, and insurance and coverage disputes. She is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law.

Loving, also a graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law, is an experienced civil litigator
focusing on healthcare providers and their entities. Before joining Cantey Hanger, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Ruben Reyes of the 72nd District Court of Texas. He is a part-time adjunct teacher at UNT Dallas School of Law, teaching advocacy skills and coaching the traveling mock trial teams.
